Halcyon is pleased to offer a unique program, through our Tech Services department, for divers who own our primary lighting systems.

Making a Warranty Claim

Halcyon does not require any authorizations for warranty repair; however, we do require the following documentation. Before sending any Halcyon equipment back for a warranty claim, please be sure to print and complete the Halcyon Repair Form and a photocopy of the purchase receipt for your Halcyon product. If you have any questions, please contact Tech Services before sending your product.

How often should I rinse my diving equipment?

Dive gear should be thoroughly rinsed with fresh water, immediately after being used in salt or brackish water, or when used in a pool. The chloride contained in seawater (and chlorine in pool water) will start to cause fabrics and metals to deteriorate, if allowed to remain on the equipment for extended periods of time. To keep your equipment looking new, clean it after each use. Freshwater cave divers, on the other hand, can go years without having to wash their gear.

Who do I contact about servicing Halcyon gear?

Your local or nearest dealer can assist you with your questions, no matter where your Halcyon equipment was purchased. If you are unsure as to who is your dealer, contact Halcyon Technical Services.

How do I package my Halcyon equipment if I need to ship it?

We recommend packaging your equipment, with proper protective wrap, in a sturdy box, leaving room all around for a packing material, such as bubble wrap, foam, or packing peanuts.

Please Note: A Halcyon Product Return Form needs to be completed and sent with any repair or warranty work returned to Halcyon. If you have any questions, please contact Tech Services before sending your product.
